Refund Policy

Refunds for services rendered by Impact Chaser LLC are handled on a case-by-case basis. Given the nature of digital services, we aim to ensure satisfaction through collaboration and open communication throughout each project. Refund requests are eligible only if a service has not been fully delivered or initiated, and a formal request is made within 14 days of the initial transaction. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days if deemed eligible. Note: Deposits or payments on custom work or services with time-sensitive components are non-refundable. Delivery Policy

All services provided by Impact Chaser LLC are digital and delivered via secure electronic methods. Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity and will be outlined in each project’s proposal or agreement. Once a service is completed, deliverables (e.g., design files, campaign data, or reports) will be sent through secure file-sharing platforms or via email. Delivery is typically instant upon completion but can take up to 24 hours depending on file size and method.

Return Policy and Process

Since our services are fully digital and customized to each client’s needs, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. We encourage clients to provide detailed feedback during the project to ensure satisfaction. If there is an issue with the final deliverable, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to address any concerns or adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions or recurring services can be canceled at any time with written notice. Please provide at least 15 days’ notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. For project-based services, cancellations are only eligible if the work has not yet been initiated. Any payments made for work already completed will not be refunded, and a cancellation fee may apply based on the level of work already invested in the project.
